Clematis Filigree

Exquisite silvery blue flowers bloom continually throughout summer, above the unusual low growing mounds of foliage.Benefits: Ideal for small gardens, containers or at the front of the border growing through other plants. Mound forming so no need to support. Very free flowering.History: Developed, in 2005, by Raymond Evison in Guernsey. This is part of a low growing dwarf clematis collection.
