We are proud to be an independent business. 

We deliver locally using our own vans. 

We will always endeavour to deliver to our customers within 3 to 7 working days.

Our normal delivery charge is £6.95 per order.

There is no delivery charge if your order value is £100 and over.

Our click & collect service is free for all orders.

Click and Collect

For our customers ease and safety, we also offer an extremely convenient Click and Collect service.

We have a carefully selected range of great products available for Click & Collect and we’re also adding products regularly to this range.

Shop online, fill your basket with all of the items you require, then at checkout, choose the click and collect option.

We will then contact you to let you know when your item is ready and you can then come into store to pick it up. It really is that simple!

Simply arrive at the garden centre and follow the signage to our click and collect area.

To help protect you from fraud we will not release an order without confirmation of the order number and seeing the ID associated with the order.

A furniture delivery option will be added to the delivery section on the right hand side of the checkout page if you match the criteria above. If you wish to purchase more products with your furniture order and are outside our Local delivery area above you will need to create another order. Please select click & collect when checking out on this order. Once completed, please email [email protected] with both order numbers & requesting them to be added to the same delivery. Apologies for any inconvenience, this is due to the wider delivery area for furniture sets only.

Returns: Unwanted or unsuitable goods

In accordance with your statutory rights, goods bought on-line may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns which is your confirmation purchase email. 

Refund requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. We will reply to you within two working days. 

The Item must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. This excludes any delivery charges, special orders, or made-to-order items, as well as gift cards, perishable food items, books, and earrings. Where unwanted or unsuitable goods have to be collected we will charge a collection charge equal to the delivery charge.

Refunds will take up to 3 to 5 working days to be fully processed and back with you.

Returns: Faulty products

Faulty products may be returned in accordance with your legal rights. You do not need the original receipt but you must provide proof of purchase. Where we have delivered the item please inform us as soon as possible of the defect. In the first instance we will contact you to assess the problem and perhaps arrange a visit if necessary.
