We supply wheel chairs in the entrance of the centre which can be picked up whilst in store and we have disabled toilet facilities. Outside, our car park has disabled parking spaces and our delivery service can assist in getting those heavier items home. We also can load items in to your car.
Due to the nature of our business, we only deliver in certain areas. We will always endeavour to deliver to our customers as soon as we can, and we will call to confirm a delivery day. Please see our delivery and collections page for full information.
Standard Delivery is £9.95. There is no delivery charge if your order value is £75 and over.

Yes. We sell our own Norton Garden Centre Gift Cards in store which can be used in Chepstow, Iron Acton or Norton Garden Centre.
We also sell and accept HTA National Garden Gift Cards in store.
We hope to offer both Gift Cards for purchase and spend online soon.

We warmly welcome all well behaved and friendly dogs.
We kindly ask that all dogs are kept on a short lead for the safety and comfort of any visitors.
Please remember some customers and staff may be nervous of dogs.
Only assistance dogs can go in the Cafe.
Dogs are welcome on the Cafe outdoor patio.
Responsible pet ownership is appreciated. Please Remember to clean up after your dog – it’s the owner’s responsibility.
We have spare poop bags available at the tills.
We reserve the right to ask you to remove your dog from our centre, if it is upsetting our customers or staff members.
If you believe that you have been over charged then please report this to a member of staff at the centre and we will rectify this for you. You can do this in person, via email [email protected], or call us on 01452 730852.
Please have your receipt to hand as this will provide details of the transaction and your loyalty card number.
