You can either email us on [email protected], or call us on 01452 730852 where our friendly and helpful team will be able help you.

We supply wheel chairs in the entrance of the centre which can be picked up whilst in store and we have disabled toilet facilities. Outside, our car park has disabled parking spaces and our delivery service can assist in getting those heavier items home. We also can load items in to your car.

Due to the nature of our business, we only deliver in certain areas. We will always endeavour to deliver to our customers as soon as we can, and we will call to confirm a delivery day. Please see our delivery and collections page for full information.

Standard Delivery is £5.95. There is no delivery charge if your order value is £100 and over.

Please note that certain items incur delivery charges regardless of how much is spent. These are clearly marked on our web-shop. Compost and gravel items have a sliding scale due to the weight and bulk of the items and are exempt from free delivery. Furniture sets have a delivery charge of £25 and are exempt from free delivery.

Yes. We sell our own Norton Garden Centre Gift Cards in store which can be used in Chepstow, Iron Acton or Norton Garden Centre.

We also sell and accept HTA National Garden Gift Cards in store.

We hope to offer both Gift Cards for purchase and spend online soon.

Well behaved dogs on leads are warmly welcomed to visit our garden centre. Dogs can accompany their owners everywhere except The Garden Cafe, However dogs are permitted in the outdoor patio areas. Please call 01452 730852 or email us on [email protected] if you require any further information.
